Mulch Stetson
I was born in Santa Barbara, California and I have lived here the entire twenty years I have been alive. I graduated from Carpinteria High School with honors in 2008. Not really. Actually, it was more like the opposite of honors. I graduated high school with dishonors? I wasn’t stupid…I just “lacked motivation” my mom tells me. I just don’t really do well in classrooms, which is why I don’t go to school now. Besides, who really liked high school anyway? Although, Mr. Larry Nimmer’s video production class is what cultivated in me a passion for making videos during my four year stay at CHS.
Since college wasn’t even an option, after I graduated high school I worked at a little coffee/juice bar called Caje where I really developed a love for coffee. I always liked coffee and drank a ton of it but I never understood anything about brewing it. Working at Caje gave me a big understanding of it and now I’m working at a specialty espresso shop in Santa Barbara called the French Press. I couldn’t be more blessed by my bosses and co-workers! Stop by sometime and I guarantee you will get the best cup of joe in town.
If I’m not making videos or pulling shots, I’m reading the Word of God, working with the junior high kids at my church, taking photos, building stuff, hanging out with an awesome girl, blowing something up, or all of the above.
